Reviews
With all the options for Thai in Denver these days it can be tricky to veer away from what you know, but super glad to try Ros Siam as it was OUTSTANDING. Flavors were on point in all the dishes we ordered, I’m talking about those deep, rich, spicy, sour, and fragrant goodness that all good Thai should have. The level 3 spice was just right if you need a solid clearing of the sinuses but simultaneously want keep the lining of your stomach in tact. The service was as good as you can ask for in a popular restaurant that’s scantly staffed. #childfriendly. Maybe eating Thai food in an old Victorian is odd but it’s also oddly kinda cool. Great experience, will be back!
Best Thai food we've ever had!! Each employee was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We ordered the tom yum soup, pineapple fried rice, and panang curry - it was SO good. The house is beautiful and such a cool vibe. Will definitely be back next time we're in Denver.
This place is amazing. I stopped here on my lunch break just now. Only having 30 minutes, I was surprised how fast my dish came out. Less than 6 minutes from when I ordered. Amazing taste, classic Thai eatery, wonderful peaceful atmosphere. 5/5.
Adorable little house turned Thai place. Menu has quite a few curries; I enjoyed the pineapple red curry. Heat isn't going to kill you at a 5/5, but does pack a solid punch. Definitely wish I'd tried them sooner, as their takeout seems to be very popular in the neighborhood.
Hands down the best Thai restaurant in Denver. My partner is Thai and we've tried several other places and this is *chef's kiss*. Val is AMAZING! You must check it out ASAP.
Not sure how much weight it counts for, but I'm half Thai with 40 years of home cooked Thai food through me...Ros Siam is my absolute favorite Thai restaurant (outside of my mom's kitchen;)). GREEN CURRY FRIED RICE is mind blowing, please please please try it and thank me later. Spice level 3 is perfect. They do "Thai Hot" scaling correctly, so just...beware if you order level 5:P
Our favorite server, Val, is worth the trip too. Like most Thai women, she's a firecracker and makes us laugh every time<3
Really good Thai food! Drunken noodles and green curry were both delicious! We always mix up where we get Thai food from, but I think we’ve found a keeper - will definitely order again. FYI: Mild plus was fairly spicy, obviously this is subjective… but I’m usually comfortable between mild and medium.
Everything was excellent, and the inside is a quaint old house. Overall would recommend, will be going back soon. Also, there’s like 10 parking spots next to the building, which is amazing for where it is.
Been here 6 times now, don’t even live in Colorado. Love this place.
